Occupational Health Recruitment Update - COVID-19

Following on from last nights announcement by the Prime Minister we wanted to provide you with an update as to the occupational health recruitment market and what we might expect in the next few weeks.

As things stand all OH Recruit arranged interviews are going ahead and all our new starters will be starting as planned. Obviously, it is early days but having spoken to our key clients, recruitment for most Occupational Health providers and depts, will in the main continue. Despite, or indeed, because of the current crisis businesses need OH nurses on the ground and at the end of a phone to advise and manage the situation.

The SOM have indicated that NHS Occupational Health departments are under tremendous pressure as a result of COVID-19, and it may transpire this will be the situation in the private sector as cases increase.

Therefore, should you be looking for a new role, or indeed have availability for ad hoc work, please do let us know and send us your latest CV.
