Occupational Health Advisor – Hybrid role London/Buckinghamshire - Up to £45K. Full time or Part time. Must have remote case management experience!

Opportunity for OH Advisors with remote case management experience to work on a remote basis from home with occasional local site visits.

We are working with an OH Provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor, for a part time (min 3 days) or full time, mainly home-based role.

The expectation will be 4 cases per day, however in reality it will be less than this as the role has other responsibilities.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• To triage all management referrals.
• Carry out new starter health assessments.
• To provide expert, case management services for OH referrals. The emphasis will be on the provision of quality reports rather than quantity, with focus on producing comprehensive and evidence based written reports with attention to detail to grammar and spelling.
• To manage/coordinate UK wide health surveillance clinics.
• To assist with flu vaccination clinics for London and Milton Keynes clients, if local to these areas.
• To deliver health promotion activities as required to clients.
• To perform various day-to-day tasks such as dealing with new enquiries, speaking with HR/clients.
• To assist with new policies and accreditations.
• Excellent IT skills are required. You will have access to an administrator and will be responsible for their own diary.

Essential Skills:

• NMC registration.
• Remote Case Management experience within Occupational Health, including phone-based assessments and written reports.
• Post graduate qualification in Occupational Health is desirable.

Salary is up to £45,000 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience. You will be part of a friendly team environment that offers flexibility and the chance to enhance managerial skills.

This role is working part time or full time, Monday to Friday. 3 days plus are considered. You must have a stable home internet connection for this role.
