We are working with a SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health Provider with over 350 clients to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid role to work from home and at client sites in and around Milton Keynes. Locations are Luton, Hitchin, Northampton and Milton Keynes. The role is approx. 2 or 3 days on site and 2 or 3 days working from home. This is a medium sized Occupational Health business employing around 50 members of staff.

The role covers the full remit of Occupational Health. Caseloads are low with a focus on quality of provision. This role covers client sites up to an hour from Milton Keynes and includes some home-based case management. The expectation is you will do 5 cases a day.

The role is part time or full time, working a minimum of 3 days per week.

Requirements of the role:

• OH Qualified.
• Minimum 2 years occupational health experience.
• Case management experience.
• Commercially focused.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
