We are working with a SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health Provider with over 350 clients to source a Trainee Occupational Health Advisor to work at client sites in and around Cambridge. This is a medium sized Occupational Health business employing around 50 members of staff.

The role covers the full remit of Occupational Health. Caseloads are low with a focus on quality of provision. This role covers client sites up to an hour from Cambridge and includes some home-based case management. The expectation is you will do 5 cases a day. Full training in Occupational Health is provided and you will be eligible to be considered for enrolment and company support with the Occupational Health Degree after one year of employment.

The role is full time.

• Case management.
• New starter screening.
• Health Surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
• Health and wellbeing services.
• Health promotion.
• Vaccination and phlebotomy.

Requirements of the role:

• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience as a registered nurse.
• Immunisation experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Commercially focused.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
